A wearable musical necklace made from a silver chiming sphere was one of Areaware's earliest products. In 2016, Areaware worked with Michael Savona to reimagine it's classic piece. Michael designed two sizes with a large jump ring to allow for beautiful movement and a handle for the chiming bell. He also designed two heart bolo styles to add to the line.

The project was a sourcing feat with the chiming spheres produced at a small silver workshop in Taxco, Mexico, the white brass findings manufactured in NYC's jewelry district, leather and nylon cord also coming from a vendor in NYC, and hand assembled in Columbus, Ohio.
